Role Summary
- Shape and develop the market-leading share scheme platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to shape the product roadmap.
- Create and manage clear user stories for product development.

Role Requirements
- Over 5 years of product management experience with a SaaS product.
- Strong technical and Agile methodology knowledge.
- Experience in line management and team leadership.
- Expertise in complex problem-solving and communication.
- Proficiency in product and data analytics, user research, and Jira.
- Desirable: Knowledge of share schemes, Figma, and copywriting skills.

Job summary:
As Senior Product Manager you will play a key role in ensuring our product remains as the market-leading share scheme platform within the Fintech Industry.
You will be highly motivated, thrive on autonomy, a confident coach and leader to deliver a high impact product for our customers
We are initially looking for someone to join us for a 12-month contract, which may be extended, and to start within the next 2 months, or soon as possible.
Overall job responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders, as well as sponsor proactive research, to continue to shape the development of the existing product.
- Help shape the product roadmap working closely with the Head of Product and ensure that development work is aligned with this.
- Create, refine, manage and prioritise clear, unambiguous and concise user stories.
- Communicate the voice of the customer to the development team.
- Take the lead on the larger, more complex projects.
- Project management activities to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are engaged.
- Provide support & guidance to Product Managers in the team.
- Confirm that what has been built solves the problem.
- Work with the team to continuously review and optimise product processes.
- Line management responsibilities.
Requirements
Essential
- 5 years plus of recent product management/ownership experience with a SaaS product, preferably in a dynamic scaling market.
- Strong technical understanding of the software development process, and Agile methodology.
- Line management experience with proven experience of mentoring/leading a diverse team
- Capability to swiftly comprehend and navigate complex subject matter.
- A clear communicator and the ability to forge strong working relationships across the business and drive remote collaboration.
- Able to independently identify, plan and manage work.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience of product and data analytics.
- Experience of working with user research.
- Experience with Jira and collaboration tools such as Miro.
Desired
- A familiarity with share schemes and company structures.
- Experience with Figma.
- Some experience of copywriting.
