Role Summary:
- Leverage your expertise in fundraising and donor management to secure funding for ProVeg initiatives
- Work closely with the core team to maintain and enhance partner relationships and source new funding opportunities
- Engage with major donors, understanding their impact goals and presenting them with tailored funding opportunities
- Support incubation cohort in understanding and implementing effective fundraising strategies
Role Requirements:
- Alignment with K4G's goal of transforming the food system towards a healthier, more sustainable, plant-based future
- 3-5 years of professional experience in fundraising
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience working with major philanthropic donors and foundations
- Strong understanding of the funding landscape for food systems, dietary change, or animal initiatives

The role: As a Fundraising Manager for the Kickstarting For Good program, you will leverage your expertise in the fundraising landscape and donor management to secure funding for our initiatives. You will work closely with our core team to maintain and enhance relationships with partners and foundations, and identify new funding opportunities. Your responsibilities will include engaging with major donors, understanding their impact goals, and presenting them with tailored funding opportunities. You will also support our incubation cohort in understanding and implementing effective fundraising strategies.
Job requirements: Candidates should align with K4G’s goal of transforming the food system towards a healthier, more sustainable, plant-based future. You should have 3-5 years of professional experience in fundraising, excellent communication skills in English, and experience working with major philanthropic donors and foundations. A strong understanding of the funding landscape for food systems, dietary change, or animal initiatives is crucial.
