The Finance For Sustainability Group, a collective of social enterprises, is seeking a full-time Group HR Advisor to join our team. We manage and advise on impact investment projects across various sectors including sport, environment, arts, and heritage. Our group includes notable firms such as Finance Earth and Sporting Assets, which are leaders in environmental impact investment and sport advisory services respectively.

The Role: You will work closely with the Head of HR to provide high-quality, pragmatic HR advice and support across our two independent firms. This role involves ensuring consistent, compliant, and value-aligned people practices across the group. You will handle day-to-day HR support, contribute to policy development, and assist in strategic HR priorities to enhance our HR functions. The position requires a hands-on approach and effective collaboration across different business units. Occasional travel to Leeds may be necessary.

Job Requirements: Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong understanding of UK employment law and its application in various organizational contexts. Experience in managing employee relations, performance management processes, and supporting recruitment and development initiatives is essential. A CIPD qualification (Level 5 preferred) or equivalent is also desirable.
