Role Summary
Take ownership of our fulfilment and logistics ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution across various channels. Act as the primary operational leader for 3PL performance, shipping, wholesale logistics, and carrier relationships. Ensure the smooth flow of orders in line with SunGod's exceptional customer service standards.Role Requirements

The role: As the Operations Coordinator, you will take ownership of our fulfilment and outbound logistics ecosystem, ensuring seamless execution across eCommerce, retail, and wholesale channels. You will be the primary operational lead for 3PL performance, outbound shipping, wholesale logistics, and carrier relationships, ensuring orders are delivered on time, in full, and in line with SunGod’s premium customer experience standards. This role is highly collaborative and impact-driven, suitable for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex logistical challenges.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years’ experience in an operations or supply chain role, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with customised products in an e-commerce setting and managing 3PL partners is essential. You should be tech-savvy with strong systems experience, highly organised, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator.
