Role Summary

  • Support the delivery of clear, engaging, and timely communications.
  • Help keep employees and associates informed, engaged, and collaborating effectively.
  • Create and manage content for internal channels including newsletters, intranet, and all staff announcements.
  • Assist in planning and delivering internal events and campaigns.
  • Coordinate employee and Associate surveys and collect feedback on the effectiveness of internal communications.

Role Requirements

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office and digital marketing and internal communication platforms.
  • Experience creating and editing content for different audiences.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and meet changing deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting change communication initiatives and working with creative platforms such as Canva, Photoshop to produce communications.

We're seeking an enthusiastic Workforce Engagement Coordinator to join our team to aid internal communications and create content to share across internal channels. The role: As a Workforce Engagement Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of clear, engaging, and timely communications that connect colleagues to organisational priorities, values, and culture. You’ll ensure employees and associates are informed, engaged, and able to collaborate effectively. You’ll also be responsible for supporting organisational change through effective communication. Key responsibilities include drafting, editing, and designing engaging content for internal channels, including newsletters, intranet, and all staff announcements. Assist in planning and delivering internal events and campaigns that promote collaboration and inclusion. Maintain and update dedicated sections of the intranet. Attend internal events, launches, and knowledge-sharing sessions to capture photos and key highlights. Coordinate employee and Associate surveys and gather feedback on internal communications effectiveness. Provide guidance to teams on internal communication best practices.

Job requirements: Essential skills and experience include being literate in Microsoft Office and confident working with digital marketing and internal communication platforms. Proven experience creating and editing content for different audiences and coordinating communications campaigns. A strong attention to detail and good grasp of written English. Experience supporting change communication initiatives. Ability working with creative platforms such as Canva, Photoshop etc to produce communications supported by engaging design and layout. Prioritising tasks effectively, adapting to changing deadlines, and ensuring projects stay on track.

Benefits: Salary: £31,000–£35,000 per annum (non-negotiable). Annual Leave: 30 days plus 4 paid closure days. Pension Contributions: 10% employer contributions. Family Support: Enhanced maternity/parental leave and paid compassionate leave. Flexible Working: Hybrid setup with some attendance at our Slough office required, full-time (35 hours).
