The role: As the Head of Media and Campaigns, you will be instrumental in driving campaigns and media coverage to expand our reach and reputation among new audiences and to achieve meaningful policy change. You will lead long-term, goal-driven campaigns, identify strategies and tactics, set clear milestones, and track progress. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader capable of bringing together cross-functional campaign teams to deliver impactful results and policy changes.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing media strategies that effectively influence stakeholders and strategic audiences. You should be politically astute, with sound judgement and experience in providing senior counsel. Excellent team-playing and outstanding communication skills are essential, as is a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Benefits: This role offers a Recruitment Premium of £8,646.30 (gross) per annum, which is independent of the basic salary and not subject to annual review. Additional benefits include a £3000 London Weighting Allowance, 27 days holiday per annum, participation in the pension scheme with an employer contribution of up to 6%, life assurance, income protection, private healthcare, and access to flexible benefits such as subsidized dental membership, health screening, discounted gym membership, and more.
