Community Host

As the focal point, you will be customer service focused and a team player. The Community Host is a hands-on role, so we're looking for someone who will be here as the friendly face our members know and own the member experience. You will be responsible for:

• Be the first and last point of contact for Market members
• Meeting our members needs allowing them to focus on their own businesses
• Keep all sales platforms up to date with photos and availability
• Conducting tours of the sales for potential new members
• Onboarding new members
• Plan, Promote and Host regular community events
• Work on community initiatives designed to create connections between members, including introductions, networksing, event support and email/print communication
• Ensure the workspace looks great and runs smoothly every day
• Work with the Marketing Manager to create/provide engaging text, image and video content for our social media accounts
• Work with management on any issues to ensure member satisfaction
• Occasional oversight of our food and beverage tenants
• Occasional evening/weekend working may be required

• Customer service/Hospitality experience
• Ability to work well in teams and individually
• Multifaceted; you're willing to turn your hand to anything
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must
• Proficiency in English
