Role Summary

  • Manage and administer agency-management software for efficient resource and cost rate setup.
  • Support the people experience by assisting with internal communications and delivery of cultural packages.
  • Aid the resource management team with scheduling and traffic management of resource requests.
  • Assist the Finance & Operations team with general support tasks.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year in an operational or support role, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, agile and detail-oriented, with an ability to work at a fast pace.
  • A people-first approach and a knack for handling challenges with charm.
  • Proficiency in numbers, spreadsheets, and making calculations.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic Excel skills and comfort with various software.
  • Ambition to contribute to the growth and shaping of the business over the coming years.

We're an ambitious team of over 100 people across the UK & US and not stopping there.  We're growing fast and looking for our first Operations Coordinator to come and support us in managing our systems, processes and overall people operations. 

You'll play a key supporting role in our Finance & Operations department working closely with our Head of Operations and Senior Resource Manager to help us scale our agency operations in a people-first way.   From supporting resource management, to helping us deliver our cultural package - this is a broad role that will give you exposure to a wide range of business operations. 

✏️ What you'll be doing:


  • Systems Management: you'll take care of the administration of our agency-management software (Productive) setting up resource and cost rates accurately and in a timely manner to help support our resource management 


  • People & Culture Ops: you'll support in our people experience, supporting internal comms and helping us deliver our culture package from organising special touches for our team to planning & delivering culture events & initiatives 
  • Resource Coordination: you'll support our resource management team with the traffic management of resource requests and scheduling
  • General Ops Support: you'll support the FinOps team with day to day tasks, from crunching data to diary management and working with our IT team to keep everything up to date

👀 Who we're looking for:


  • You've got 1+ years of experience working in an operational or support role (preferably in an agency)
  • Organised, agile with an eye for detail; you'll be able to work at a fast pace and keep things up-to-date
  • People-first: you care about building a strong company culture, and love working with people (having a natural ability to handle challenges with charm helps in this role)
  • Confidence with numbers: you must be comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets and making various calculations based on our time
  • A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset; you understand the diplomacy, empathy & tact needed in operations
  • Good understanding and comfort working with various software; with basic Excel skills 
  • Real drive and ambition: we're a growing team and have ambitious plans, so we're looking for someone who wants to help shape our business - and FinOps team - over the next few years
