Role Requirements:

The role: As a Sales Development Representative based in Singapore, you will play a crucial role in expanding our commercial team in the APAC region. Your responsibilities will include inbound lead qualification, outbound prospecting, identifying product fit, scheduling meetings, strategizing with Account Executives, conducting high-level conversations with executives, creating strategic emails and campaigns, and maintaining our CRM. You will work closely with dedicated Account Executives and our commercial and marketing team to drive our pipeline and support our growth in this rapidly evolving space.

Job requirements: We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of lead qualification at various organizational levels. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required, and knowledge of Japanese is a bonus. Candidates should be self-starters, thrive in evolving environments, and have a deep care for climate and ecosystem issues.
