Role Summary

In Summary...
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for executing, monitoring and reporting on our Performance Marketing campaigns, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition.
Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing, you’ll get to manage multi-million £ yearly budgets to help develop campaigns tailored to our target audience and aligned with our business goals. The Head of Performance Marketing has previously worked independently on this and will support you extensively.
This unique role will be suitable for someone who has been working in digital/performance marketing for 1-2 years.
What does the role involve?...
Supporting in managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest and more, from conception to execution. Working directly with the Head of Performance Marketing.
Getting stuck into the nitty-gritty parts of online advertising, from creating campaigns, to testing and identifying new targeting strategies and creative messaging.
Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, understanding the effectiveness of each campaign.
Identifying account optimisation and growth opportunities.
Adopting a continual ‘test and learn’ approach to all performance marketing activities.
Working with our broader growth team to further understand performance and help drive business growth.
Collaborating with internal design teams to continually develop and enhance performance creative based on insights.
Working with partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok and other media vendors to stay updated on platform best practices.
Furthering your career by working with a growing company on high volume ad accounts.
You will need/be...
1-2 years experience in a commercially focused digital marketing role.
Passionate about e-commerce and online advertising.
Relentless attention and focus on the detail.
Exceptional problem solving, quantitative and analytical skills with practical experience.
Hands-on experience producing campaign level analysis and reporting this back to peers.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A flexible, approachable attitude.
Comfortable with a remote working environment.
Fluent in English.
Bonus points if you have...
Experience with 3rd party measurement/marketing optimisaton tools: eg. Fospha, Triple Whale, Revealbot
Experience working in marketing for a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) subscription business

Applicants must have current work authorisation in the UK. Applicants based outside the UK will be considered in exceptional circumstances and must work in a GMT +/- 2 timezone.
The role is suitable for remote working, but will involve travel (3-4 times per year) to meet up with team members, so the ability to travel to London and the South-East of England is ideal.
