Role Summary
- Oversee a dedicated team within the CleanCell facility.
- Coordinate team assignments and maintain operational efficiency.
- Organize the warehouse and handle products manually and with pallet trucks.
- Uphold the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.
- Assist with loading and unloading of bottles for cleaning processes.
- Utilize computer systems for communication and shift management.
- Manage shift-related documentation and paperwork.
- Operate industrial washing equipment and specialized machinery.
Role Requirements
- Prior experience in warehousing or production line roles.
- Proven experience managing teams of operatives.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Effective, clear communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a hygienic and tidy work environment.
- Adeptness at ensuring timely cleaning of all packaging materials.

Again is a reusable packaging company. In this role you will be leading a small team to operate our CleanCell, a facility designed to clean reusable packaging to the highest quality and repackage it back to our clients.
You will be:
- Manage a small team in running the CleanCell, ensuring the goals of the shift are met.
- Organising who works where & keeping the process running efficiently.
- Organising the warehouse, using pallet trucks and manual movements.
- Maintaining and cleaning the facility.
- Hands on loading and unloading bottles for cleaning.
- Using computer equipment to communicate with the other shifts and management.
- In charge of all relevant paper work for your shift.
- Operating our industrial glass washers and proprietary equipment.
The shift:
- The role is Saturday to Sunday only.
- 09:00 - 18:00.
- Location: SW9 6EJ
Requirements
We need people who:
- Have experience working in warehousing or production lines.
- Have managed teams of operatives.
- Track record of working independently.
- Highly organised, clear and simple communicator.
- Maintain a clean working environment at all times, with special regard to hygiene.
- Ensure that all packaging is cleaned in a timely manner.
