Job Description:

We're seeking a motivated Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team and help us develop our go-to-market strategy, build our B2C and B2B markets, and expand our network of gamified history lesson partners. This role is perfect for an individual who’s passionate about history and the opportunity of using technology in education, and is eager to build and maintain a go-to-market strategy and strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic fundraising: Lead our fundraising efforts, engaging investors with powerful narratives to secure essential capital. Build and maintain strong relationships with key financial partners to fuel our innovation, growth, and market disruption.

  
  

• Identify and Establish Partnerships: Identify potential partners in the history education space and establish mutually beneficial collaborations with educators and influencers.

  
  

• Marketing Campaigns: Create our own marketing campaigns, and collaborate with partners to create and manage joint marketing campaigns that enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.

  
  

• Negotiate and Maintain Partnerships: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with partners, ensuring that partnership agreements are favorable and meet the company's objectives. Maintain and nurture these partnerships over time.

  
  

• Develop innovative market strategies to win and maintain new key customers.

  
  

• Customer success: Stay in close contact with key partners, educators and influencers, and establish a strong feedback loop to ensure that we always stay on top of market trends and needs.

  
  

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and partnerships, analyzing key metrics to ensure that they are achieving their intended goals.

  
  

• Industry Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, fostering connections and expanding our network.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

• Location: UK resident, with EU residency as a possible alternative

  
  

• Experience: Previous experience in entrepreneurship, marketing and partnership management is highly preferred, particularly in the educational or technology sectors.

  
  

• Negotiation & Partnership Maintenance and Communication: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and maintain partnerships, and excellent communication skills to optimize opportunities.

  
  

• Fundraising: Preferred ability to raise funds from investors and through grants

  
  

• Industry Network: Possess a strong network of contacts within the educational industry, which can be leveraged to forge new partnerships.

  
  

• AI Proficiency: Experience and interest in, and adaptability to, cutting-edge AI tools

  
  

• Passion: A genuine passion for history and using technology in education, with a keen interest in staying up to date with the latest trends and innovations.
