Role Summary
- Manage key client accounts throughout the entire onboarding and engagement process.

Role Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in real estate, client account management, or marketing.
- Detailed understanding of the UK build-to-rent industry.

- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9-6, with a mix of office and field-based work.
- Based in London Southwark with the flexibility for remote work post-probation.
Build to Rent Performance Manager | Home Made
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Home Made for a Build to Rent Account Manager. Working within the BtR Delivery division at Home Made you will be responsible for assigned key accounts within the business. You will have the primary responsibility of delivering exceptional results for highly sophisticated property clients, through being a trusted advisor, building on existing business and driving the optimisation of the various performance aspects.
You will also manage multiple, often complex relationships within the client account and be the main point of contact for the key business stakeholder. This role is one that requires extensive project management capabilities with a clear ability to plan and prioritise multiple objectives.
Responsibilities
- Full management of client accounts from onboarding, team activation, analytics, and client engagement
- Effectively promotes the client's brand and the brand of each client's development site to potential tenants and other stakeholders
- Resolves any conflicts that may arise with clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders, including suppliers, contractors, and other partners
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide expert advice and recommendations on all aspects of the built-to-rent industry
- Produce high-quality reports that provide insightful analysis and recommendations
- Conduct analysis on market trends, data, and client requirements to determine the most accurate and fair pricing for each asset
- Deliver high-quality presentations that effectively communicate the company's products and services
- Project Management of the full lifecycle of tenancies being fully accountable for all stages
- Optimise the sales funnel for each account, effectively manages the internal team assigned
- Full ownership site performance and delivery
- Design and implement key account strategies
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies for each client's development site
- Provide regular updates to the senior management team regarding the performance of the portfolio, including occupancy rates, rent levels, arrears, and any maintenance or repair issues that may arise
What we look for:
- Must have at least 3-4 years of real estate, client (institutional landlord) account management, marketing strategies and dealing with senior stakeholders
- Have a good understanding of the UK build-to-rent industry and be able to assess the market value for the estimated rental values for each client asset

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-6 (mix of office and field based)
Office location: London Southwark, 1 day a week work from home post probation (close to Blackfriars, Southwark and Waterloo stations)
Salary: £35K-40K base salary (based on experience) + commission OTE £85K
