We’re looking for a VP Product Management to lead our Product Management function and direct the prioritisation, development and build of DICE’s product portfolio.

At DICE, you’ll be part of the company that’s redefining live entertainment. It’s a place where you can be yourself, influence the culture, and create work that you’re proud of.

About the role

As VP Product Management, you will be a core member of the leadership team, responsible for setting the long-term strategy for the team and connecting this with execution through the Product Management team.

You will utilise your deep expertise in leading successful B2B and B2C Product led organisations to drive DICE through it’s next growth phase. You will inspire your team to be bold with their ideas, and clearly communicate new ways for the Product Management team to drive the company forward.

You’ll be

  • Working closely with leadership to develop and articulate a clear product vision, supporting the overall business strategy and commercial goals.
  • Defining DICE’s  product strategy to support the product vision and connect it to execution
  • Ensuring the product portfolio is scalable to accommodate future growth and market demands
  • Ensuring that the Product Management team effectively synthesises intelligence from all of our stakeholders; fans, partners, leadership, commercial and support teams and using them for evidence-based decision-making and prioritisation.
  • Driving an innovative and collaborative culture with engineers, designers & product managers to ensure we build the best products.
  • Setting, driving and reporting on overall Product OKRs, in collaboration with the Product Managers
  • Representing the Product Management team at the senior leadership level within DICE and externally.
  • Driving and ensuring cross-functional alignment and ways of working between the Product Management team and other departments at DICE.
  • Responsible for the overall hiring plan, budget and structure for the Product Management team.
  • Responsible for ensuring excellence in the Product Management team, and fostering a psychologically safe, diverse environment within the team.
  • Supporting the career growth and performance of the Product Management team through coaching, mentorship and training.

You are

  • Passionate, humble and talented.
  • A fan of music and culture.
  • Actively responsible.
  • A problem-solver.
  • Inspiring and driven.
  • An excellent communicator.
  • A storyteller.

You’ll need

  • A track record of scaling successful, scale-up B2C & B2B products
  • Significant people management experience at VP / Director level.
  • Deep understanding of business objectives, ensuring our product contributes directly to positive outcomes and revenue generation
  • Prior expertise as an IC with an exceptional record in product planning, customer discovery, product discovery, and development processes.
  • Experience setting up teams for success during a high-pace growth phase of an organisation
  • Proven ability to develop and coach high-performing teams.
  • Fantastic stakeholder skills and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities across business lines
  • Excellent storytelling skills, presenting internally and externally to multiple audiences.
