What you'll do

As a Mortgage Administrator you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers mortgage application is submitted onto our lenders systems to secure the customers mortgage rate. Independently manage your day to ensure you meet your application and quality check objectives Be responsible for the day to day running of your advisers diaries, ensuring all the relevant actions have been taken and documents uploaded to get our customers mortgage application submitted without delay Work with cross-functional teams to ensure up to date KYC checks have been completed Share market updates via our channels to ensure advisers are kept up to date on any product changes that could impact ongoing applications Support teams across the homebuying mission to support customers on their homebuying journey

Experience and skills

Mortgage experience is preferred but not essential Data-driven, highly numerate with an eye for detail Proven track record of delivering results against targets Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail Able to work unsupervised and as part of a team
