Role Summary

  • Create detailed sales reports and dashboards tracking key sales KPIs.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and provide strategic sales recommendations.
  • Develop strategies to reduce customer churn and maximize revenue.
  • Lead projects on pricing, market segmentation, and sales territory planning.
  • Automate reporting processes with advanced Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL skills.
  • Communicate insights and reports to senior leadership.
  • Conduct market analysis to support strategic sales planning.

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Analysis or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with CRM systems like SFDC or HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Experience with SQL and database querying (bonus).

Are you ready to become the strategic backbone of our sales team?

As the Senior Sales Analyst, you'll be responsible for providing analytical support to the sales team, enabling data-driven decision-making to improve sales performance and revenue growth.

You’ll use the power of data to drive our sales performance to unknown heights. Your expertise will be pivotal in automating data collection processes, freeing up time for our team to focus on what they do best: closing deals.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Sales Reporting: Create, maintain, and iterate detailed sales reports and dashboards that track KPIs such as call activity, conversion rates (MQL to SQL, SQL to Demo, Demo to Sale), pipeline, sales velocity, and MRR per agent. Data Analysis and Insights: Analyse sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations on how to optimise sales strategies, enhance product mix, and increase overall sales efficiency. Revenue Expansion Analysis: Generate and automate customer churn and revenue expansion reports. Develop strategies to minimise churn and identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Project Analysis: Lead analysis projects on pricing, market segmentation, account scoring, and territory planning. Provide strategic recommendations to improve pricing models and sales territory allocation. Automation and Process Improvement: Utilise advanced capabilities in Excel, Google Sheets, and SQL to automate reporting processes, ensuring real-time data availability and minimising manual data handling. Presentation and Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive reports and findings to senior leadership, translating complex data sets into understandable and actionable business insights. Market Analysis: Conduct market analysis to support strategic planning, including competitor analysis, market trends, and customer segmentation.

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

You have 5 years of experience in a Sales Analysis or related role, with a strong background in data analysis and report building. You have advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets. You are familiar with CRM systems (SFDC or HubSpot) and their application in sales analysis. You have exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to drive meaningful insights from complex data sets. You have strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences. You are used to working independently, managing projects from inception to completion.
