The role: As a Planning and Results Manager, you will be a crucial part of the Organisational Planning team within the Strategy Department. Reporting to the Planning and Results Lead, your responsibilities will include leading Wellcome's integrated organisational planning cycles, aligning objectives, plans, budgets, and key results. You will also be instrumental in embedding systematic performance reporting and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organisational planning and OKR management, with proven experience in delivering high-quality projects within tight deadlines. You should possess excellent analytical and communication skills and be capable of handling multiple stakeholder groups. Experience in developing planning and reporting tools, generating performance insights, and coaching colleagues in best practices is essential.
