Role Summary

Design user-centric solutions to improve customer experiences using Design Thinking.
Collaborate with a diverse team, including Product Managers and UX Researchers, to define and facilitate UX Workshops.
Create prototypes and contribute to our Design System, ensuring UI consistency and adherence to guidelines.
Work closely with cross-functional teams throughout the design and development process to realize innovative ideas.

Role Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in Product Design with end-to-end process ownership.
Background in a Startup or SaaS environment, with familiarity with Agile development.
Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and understanding of user research methodologies.
Ability to link design decisions to business goals and possess a proactive, hands-on approach.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral.

⭐️ About the Role

As a UX-centered company, we are looking for a Product Designer to expand our design team, someone passionate about providing insights to enable delightful design experiences, based on quantitative & qualitative data.

You will be joining our Design team of 9 talented Product Designers, UX Researchers and Content design. You will be applying Design Thinking to solve product problems into user-centric solutions.

⭐ How will you make an impact?

Create delightful experiences to design challenges meeting user expectations, technical constraints and business needs Help defining and facilitating UX Workshops remotely and/or in person, pairing with Product managers and collaborating with UX Research and Stakeholders Articulate your ideas un a user centric approach, using personas, journey maps, user flows, wire flows and Hi-Fi deliverables Create interactive prototypes to perform qualitative research and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better Contribute to our Design system by defining proposing consistent UI components and interfaces based on guidelines Collaborate hand in hand with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the discovery, design, and development process to bring great ideas to life

⭐ What makes you a great fit?

You have 3+ years of experience in a Product Design role owning the end-to-end design process of a digital product Experience working in a Startup and/or SaaS environment and familiar with Agile teams and Agile development Knowledge of information architecture, user journey, user flows, and prototyping, Expert in Figma, Sketch, Adobe xD Experience working with Design Systems User-centric approach, confident in carrying out user research to back up design proposals Able to connect design decisions to the desired business goals and outcomes Hands-on and proactive attitude You are curious, like to learn, and test new things You have great written and oral communication skills in English
