We’re looking for a Marketing Lead. We really do encourage everyone to proactively step outside of their job description if they see something that could be improved but the core of your role will involve:
Campaign planning and execution:
- Direct responsibility for the execution and performance of campaigns on artist’s own channels.
- Owning the marketing plan for the majority of our releases, tracking and optimising performance both within and across campaigns.
Content Delivery:
- Working closely with the content team to deliver content that most effectively delivers on our objectives, guiding the creatives with data-led analysis and strategic intuition.
Team Management:
- Managing a small team, overseeing the planning and execution of marketing activity across those channels.
- Developing the team through building career growth planning, performance reviews and providing support where required to upskill the team.
The main skills we’re looking for are:
- Good generalist marketing experience, with an understanding of multiple marketing channels, covering organic and paid social, email marketing, and community marketing.
- Keenly analytical, able to think systematically about the marketing mix and develop a program to optimise its effectiveness.
- Ability to think in an entrepreneurial and creative way about how to maximise the reach and impact of our marketing on every release
- Excellent attention-to-detail, and highly proactive, able to drive forward projects in a structured fashion within a fast-paced, dynamic company.
- Good creative judgement, with the ability to balance commercial expediency against brand-building
- Adept at managing a small team, and enthusiastic about building team capabilities through team upskilling.
We think you’ll probably have:
- Experience in marketing, either as a generalist marketeer, or a channel specialist with significant exposure to other channels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, start-up or start-up-like environment, whether in-house or agency.
- Line management experience with a passion for upskilling and developing the team.
Don’t meet every single requirement? Avant Arte is dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive and authentic team so we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.
BENEFITS INCLUDE:
- You’ll get to be part of building one of the fastest growing tech companies in culture, backed by early investors in companies like Skype, Farfetch, Glossier and Facebook.
- Generous equity allowance
- Private Healthcare (UK)
- Enhanced pension contributions and parental leave policies
- 25 days of holiday plus one extra company wide days on Kings Day (national holiday in the Netherlands which falls in April) & company closure days between Christmas and New Years
- L&D budget of €1000 per year per employee.
