Role Summary

  • Develop and oversee the product marketing strategy for the Cadmus platform.
  • Create and enhance brand assets, including visual materials and marketing content.
  • Produce and schedule written content such as success stories, blog posts, and social media updates.
  • Manage and launch marketing campaigns for new product features.
  • Optimize product placement strategies across various online platforms.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design (or similar).
  • At least 3 years of B2B marketing experience.
  • Portfolio of product-focused graphic and written communication work.
  • Proficiency in graphic design, content creation, and social media best practices.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requirements

Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for owning the direction and execution of the product marketing strategy to increase value realisation and user benefits of the Cadmus platform across current university customer accounts and the wider prospective university market.

This role would suit a product marketer who has a proven track record of conceptualising, designing, executing and reporting on product marketing initiatives that result in increased product brand awareness and adoption.

Role Responsibilities

  • Product Marketing Strategy: Conceptualise, design, execute, manage and monitor Cadmus’ product marketing strategy to support increased brand awareness, value realisation and user adoption.
  • Graphic and Creative Design: Create compelling brand assets and visual product marketing materials that articulate the functionality and value of the product. Consistently test and improve these assets to drive greater engagement.
  • Content Generation (written and visual): Develop a quarterly schedule of written product success stories to increase Cadmus’ brand perception and understanding across EDM campaigns, blog posts, social media posts and thought leadership articles to increase value realisation and new acquisitions.
  • Product Feature Campaign Management: Launch all new product features to current users and the wider higher education market through end-to-end digital campaign conceptualisation, design, execution and feature adoption.
  • Product Placement Strategy: Develop and optimise Cadmus’ product placement strategy, ensuring brand visibility across all university partner websites, higher education websites and industry governing body websites.

Professional Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Communications or Graphic Design (similar)
  • 3+ years experience in a B2B marketing role
  • A portfolio of product-focused graphic design work across print and digital mediums
  • A portfolio of product-focused written tactical communications pieces i.e. blog articles, brochures, capability statements

  • Competent graphic designer who is well-versed in designing product marketing campaigns and assets to increase brand value realisation and understanding
  • Creative content generator who thinks outside the box to build high-performing product messaging, campaigns and materials that drive increased acquisitions
