Role Summary:

  • Take charge and optimize multichannel programs as the Demand Generation Manager.
  • Work in tandem with Sales, SDRs, Product and Content Marketing, and external agencies.
  • Ensure revenue growth by executing multichannel campaigns, aligning with sales, and maintaining commercial judgement.


Role Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation Marketing.
  • Proficiency in executing pipeline-driving campaigns, running webinars and events.
  • Experience in lifecycle marketing including segmentation and nurture.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing alignment to commercial outcomes.

The role: We're looking for a commercially minded, execution-focused Demand Generation Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting into our VP Marketing, this role will be responsible for owning and executing multichannel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth across key ICPs. This is not a brand or content role. It is a pipeline-oriented, revenue-driven position in a fast-moving environment that demands strong commercial judgement and the ability to independently own and optimise programs across events, paid media, email lifecycle marketing, and sales alignment. You will work closely with Sales, SDRs, Product and Content Marketing, and external agencies to convert target accounts into opportunities.

Job requirements: Has 3–5 years' experience in B2B demand generation marketing with a proven ability to deliver pipeline-driving campaigns. Brings hands-on experience running webinars and in-person events, executing paid media campaigns, and lifecycle marketing including segmentation and nurture. Has worked closely with SDRs and AEs and understands the importance of tight sales and marketing alignment to commercial outcomes.
