Teach First is dedicated to building a fair education system for all by unlocking the potential in all children, not just some. As part of our mission, we are looking for a Head of Fundraising Operations to join our team. This role is crucial as we aim to grow our voluntary income significantly.

The role: As the Head of Fundraising Operations, you will lead the provision of data and insight to senior stakeholders, identify trends in fundraising, and instigate and implement key processes. Your responsibilities will include leading on fundraising operations, data management, reporting, compliance, and financial processes for the Fundraising Department. You will also be a member of the Fundraising Leadership team, helping to shape and deliver the departmental strategy. This position requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of a highly dynamic role.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM database to retain and report on fundraising performance. Proven experience of leading a Fundraising Operations team, or highly relevant alternative experience, is essential. You should also have excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to convey complex information to a range of stakeholders and influence at a senior level. Understanding the fundraising landscape, especially fundraising regulation, and its implications for our work is crucial.

Benefits: Teach First offers a competitive salary package of £58,690.17, with an additional £3000 London Weighting Allowance for employees based in London.
