The Role: As a Youth Development Lead, you will work closely with our Outreach and Marketing teams and our customer service staff to ensure young people are safely and stylishly onboarded into our programs. Your responsibilities will include identifying and removing barriers for young people, providing one-on-one support, and coordinating with employers and partners like job centres to facilitate success. You will also deliver employability sessions and support our delivery partners and volunteers in doing the same, both in-person and virtually.
Job Requirements: Candidates should be ready to travel for in-person program delivery and possess strong organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
