Role Summary
- Enhance sales and marketing strategies to optimize off-season and midweek opportunities.
- Develop insightful KPIs and financial reports for better decision making.
- Streamline operations to ensure our processes and systems are effective and seamless.

- Design a scalable business model for potential replication at new venues and experiences.
Role Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and small/medium-sized business acumen.
- Hands-on attitude and a natural leadership capability.
- A strong commitment to sustainability and a passion for nature.
- Preferably, experience in hospitality or similar businesses, with EOS proficiency being ideal.
Hours & Lifestyle
- Part-time role requiring 20 hours per week over 2.5 days for the first 6 months, with the potential for extension.
- Flexibility to work from home, at our team office, and on-site at camp.
- The position is ideal for local candidates who can meet in real life occasionally.

Compensation
- Expecting around £40,000 to £50,000 pro-rata or £2,000 per month. Applicants should state their desired income and provide justification in their proposal.

- Near Bath and Bristol, with the possibility of some remote work.

Responsibilities:
Sales & marketing - improve our approach. Utilising our gaps more (off season + midweeks)
KPIs & finance - form useful KPIs and reports to make more informed decisions. Spreadsheet wizardry, helpful
Operations - getting our internal processes, projects and systems working beautifully and feeling natural
Management - collaborate closely with our team to make work and life feel great.
Create a blueprint business model that could be applied to possible other venues and experiences.
Person Specification:
This person needs be really organised, have strong experience with small/ medium sized businesses, enjoy getting stuck in now and then, a natural team leader and have a passion for sustainable business. Ideally, some experience in similar business/ hospitality, EOS proficiency ideal and a love for nature.
Hours - 2.5 days/ 20 hrs per week for the first 6 months. Self-employed to begin. Hopefully things will extend.
Lifestyle - potential to do some working from home, as well as our team office and at camp. Ideally local so we can do and be IRL semi-regularly
Other work - this role would allow you to do other work, but we hope this role could develop into a full-time role with time and growth.
