We are a consultancy-led software development agency. We bring together strategy, design, and software development to help ambitious businesses tackle complex challenges. Our view of the world is pretty simple: technology should create life-changing opportunities. Opportunities for our team, for our clients, and for our planet. We’re on the road to employee ownership and we’re proud to be shaping the next generation of tech changemakers.

The role entails implementing features for new and existing projects. This includes greenfield projects and updates to existing ones in a variety of languages and frameworks. You will be expected to help us find the most rapid and appropriate way to build complex features, and then deliver high-quality, defect-free code in line with your estimates.

Job requirements include experience building bespoke websites with 1 or more modern CMS platforms, writing back-end code in C#, JavaScript, PHP, and/or similar languages, and working with at least 1 and preferably more databases like MongoDB, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and SQL Server. You should have a professional, completer-finisher mindset that allows you to progress work effectively and great attention to detail.

We offer a progression journey which will stretch and reward you as the business grows. Over the next 2-3 years, you will have the opportunity to choose the direction you would like to develop your career in. To help you get there, you will have the support of an experienced Non-Executive Director with extensive agency experience and whatever training is needed.

You must live within a reasonable distance of either our Redruth or Bristol offices. We’re open to full or part-time candidates, and we’re especially keen to hear from anyone looking to return to work after parental leave or a career break.
