With increasing demand for our services, we're looking to add an experienced report writer to our talented team here in The Hague. The right person will combine excellent writing skills with a proven track record in corporate reporting and a deep-rooted interest in sustainability and ESG. If this sounds like you - and you'd like to help drive our reporting business into a dynamic new era - we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering mission-critical publications: integrated, ESG, impact reports, etc.
  • Providing high-quality written and editorial services across other high-level projects - e.g. corporate narratives, communication strategies, etc.
  • Workshopping and advising clients on report structure and messaging + alignment with reporting regulations and frameworks
  • Supporting the agency's leadership with overseeing Labs’ growing team of writers and editors
  • Working closely with out ‘sister’ creative agencies to coordinate the design of reports

What we’re looking for:

  • Rock-solid writing and editorial skills
  • Native-level proficiency in English
  • Ideally 3+ years in a corporate reporting environment, including managing people, tasks and deliverables
  • An understanding of current and future reporting regulations (CSRD, GRI, SASB, ISSB, TCFD)
  • A proven interest in sustainability and ESG and in helping companies take steps to become more sustainable
  • A confident communicator, able to take the lead and steer clients towards reporting excellence
  • Strong academic background (minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an English-speaking university)

What’s in it for you?

  • Chance to play a lead role in shaping a dynamic, fast-growing business
  • Competitive salary (€70-85k dependant on experience)
  • 25 vacation days (+ public holidays)
  • Professional development budget
  • Participation in company pension scheme
  • Dutch (EU) Visa sponsorship
  • Help with relocating to the beautiful city of The Hague
