Role Summary

  • Manage and maintain endpoint infrastructure in the cloud using Microsoft Intune and related technologies.
  • Deploy and configure enterprise-level devices aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Optimize internal policies/processes for enterprise applications.
  • Support design, maintenance, and installation of application systems.
  • Administer business applications, including security configurations and integrations.
  • Collaborate with teams on the installation, update, and maintenance of business applications.
  • Conduct regular audits to comply with security and operational standards.
  • Implement new software releases and system upgrades to optimize performance.

Role Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Experience in application and systems management, specifically endpoint management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Powershell scripting, and Graph API.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and a user-centric approach to IT solutions.

Job Description

As an IT Engineer in Application and Management Endpoint, you will be called to manage business applications and endpoints, work with system owners to define best practices and procedures governing the management of those applications and manage the company's endpoint infrastructure in the cloud.  You will be part of a dynamic international team and will be called to participate in the review, deployment and management of applications together with other stakeholders. 

Role  / Responsibility

  • Implementing, and maintaining the company’s endpoint infrastructure using Microsoft Intune and other technologies;
  • Configure, deploy, and manage devices at enterprise level based on organizational needs and goals;
  • Maintain and optimize internal policies/processes related to enterprise applications;
  • Participates in the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems;
  • Evaluate, deploy, troubleshoot and support business applications for end-users;
  • Manage an array of business applications including security configuration and integrations;
  • Support the Authorization team in establishing the mechanisms and automation for Access Management and User Provisioning on business applications;
  • Work with other teams to support installation, update and maintenance of business applications;
  • Undertake application administration, custom query and report creation, end-user support, training, troubleshooting, and documenting business processes and procedures;
  • Support regular audits on business applications to ensure compliance with security and operational requirements;
  • Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades;
  • Analyzes, monitors, and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels.

Qualifications

  • Holder of a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent;
  • Proven technical experience in managing applications and computer systems;
  • Proven technical experience in endpoint management;
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID is required (certification is a plus);
  • Knowledge in process automation, best practice approach, technology efficiency, and effectiveness;
  • Knowledge of Web Services and programming languages like JSON is required;
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience using Powershell scripting and Graph API is required;
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, GCP. Experience is a plus;
  • Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management (ITIL Foundation is a plus);
  • Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Excellent organization skills, ability to systematize and prioritize;
  • Attentive focus on end-users and business goals, with ability to translate business needs into IT specifications.
