Role Summary

  • Lead a team of Salesforce administrators in the ongoing development and enhancement of Salesforce features.
  • Manage the configuration, maintenance, and progression of our Salesforce ecosystem and its integrations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to tackle challenges, refine processes, and foster continual enhancement.
  • Transform business needs into scalable and intelligent Salesforce solutions.
  • Provide technical mentorship to your team and clear any obstacles to progress.
  • Ensure the design, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions are robust and efficient.
  • Collaborate with the operations and enablement teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stay current with Salesforce updates and best practices to recommend system improvements.
  • Document system configurations and create training materials to enhance Salesforce expertise.
  • Support a range of Salesforce Products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Pardot.

Role Requirements

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator.
  • Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator, with Revenue Cloud and/or Service Cloud as a plus.
  • A strong educational background in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a results-driven approach.
  • Consulting expertise to understand and address requirements and challenges.
  • Keen analytical skills and ability to adhere to tight deadlines.
  • A willingness to learn and ask for help when necessary.

Job Description

The Frontline Digital Transformation team in EcoVadis is looking for a Salesforce Manager to support improvements across business processes and to help drive the development of the EcoVadis SFDC org for Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, Customer Support and our Executive Management team. In this new role, which is foundational to EcoVadis’ ability to drive continuous improvement in companies’ sustainable business practices at scale. your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of Salesforce administrators to support the ongoing development and improvement of features; 
  • Managing the configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our Salesforce instance and integrations;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to solve challenges, improve processes, and promote continuous improvement;
  • Turning business requirements into reality—designing robust, intelligent, and scalable solutions with the right blend of declarative and custom development;
  • Leading, coaching, and guiding team members by providing technical mentorship and removing roadblocks;
  • Leading and managing the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions that are robust, reliable, and performant;
  • Working closely with our operations and enablement teams to deliver on strategic initiatives;
  • Collaborating with a wider team of Salesforce Administrators and Developers to deliver solutions that delight our users;
  • Keeping up to date with Salesforce releases and best practices to inform and recommend system improvements;
  • Documenting system configuration and administrative processes;
  • Building training and documentation to grow our Salesforce skills;
  • Supporting the following Salesforce Products: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Billing, and Pardot.


  • Minimum 5 years of Salesforce administrator experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Certification in Revenue Cloud and/or Service Cloud
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Meticulous organization and task-driven nature.
  • Exceptional consulting skills to fully understand requirements and pain points.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
