To join the Good Rebels team and help us achieve our mission through supporting breakthrough innovation projects as well as renovation and productivity projects with internal teams; all while ensuring that Quality & Food Safety requirements are well implemented and that Quality & Food Safety Risks are assessed and managed in a structured and robust way during the innovation, renovaton and productivity projects during all stages.

YOUR CHALLENGE:

• 
  

• Supporting PMR projects to ensure quality standards mantain or increase our value equation.

  
  

• Performing Regulatory and QFS risk analysis along the New Product Development Process and supporting & verifying the implementation of risk mitigation actions.

  
  

• Working with the PMO to be sure the team is able to fulfill the regulatory and QFS requirements and alert them when there is a high risk while providing solutions.

  
  

• Helping to identify the appropriate supplier & partner and what quality and food safety requirements are needed for them to be approved.

  
  

• Advise internal teams on regulatory requirements applicable to food design, production, labeling, storage, and distribution.

  
  

• Identifying the new Heura standards that need to be met and provide Quality assurance expertise/direction/support in the manufacture of new and existing products.

  
  

• Anticipating the “end consumer experience” in the FMOT and SMOT, & representing the Customer/Consumer’s voice in direct decisions and in coaching of other functions to fully achieve a project’s Quality targets, while achieving Cost and Delay targets.

  
  

• Feeding renovation agenda based on projects learnings and consumer understanding developed in projects.

  
  

• Updating QFS standard according to the learnings (QFS key learning) of each project.

  
  

• Building an active internal network and developing cross-functional leadership skills.

  
  

• Support in quality certifications/audits.

  
  
  

YOU WILL FEEL COMFORTABLE, ENJOY AND DO GREAT AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• 
  

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, nutrition, chemistry or related fields.

  
  

• A minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.

  
  

• Experience within Manufacturing, R&D, QFS or Supply Chain is preferable.

  
  

• Experience in risk analysis (HACCP…) is required.

  
  

• Strong Knowledge of Product commercialization process, QFS management systems & audits.

  
  

• Consumer focused.

  
  

• Analytical mindset. Detail and result-oriented, and capable of anticipating and resolving issues.

  
  

• Fluent in English and Spanish languages.

  
  

• Excellent listening and communication skills.
