Role Summary

Role Requirements

Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Thousands of companies use Bevi to sustainably provide their employees with pure, sparkling, and flavored water at work. As the market leader in IoT-enabled beverage machines, we’ve raised over $160M in venture capital and we have grown tremendously each year since launch. In addition to maintaining hypergrowth with our current product line, Bevi is heavily investing in new product development.

We are seeking a Field Operations Program Manager to manage third party Operations Providers and to create and execute programs to add new capabilities and efficiencies to the team. Reporting to the Director of Field Operations, this role would work out of our headquarters in Boston MA, working with a national set of Operations Providers, internal field operations teams and cross functionally with other teams at Bevi.

What you will do:

  • Manage teams of Operations Providers operating Bevi markets in major cities across the US, ensuring KPIs and cost goals are met, and customers have exceptional experiences
  • Launch 3-4 new markets with Operations Providers a year
  • Identify, develop and execute operational programs to improve the team’s capabilities, efficiencies and overall customer experience and partner experience
  • Improve the team’s program management capabilities, cultivating repeatable structures and an attitude of continuous improvement
  • Work with other teams at Bevi in order to support the wider company’s efforts and initiatives
  • Coordinate internal resources and outside vendors to ensure our team has what we need to succeed
  • Travel to our markets to ensure quality execution 
  • Contribute to the team providing a great Bevi experience, while hitting profitability goals

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience managing programs and/or working with outside vendors to execute operational goals
  • Technical background/mechanical aptitude - experience with beverage or IOT products preferred
  • Experience in fast growing, product focused, operations teams preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with everyone from low level technicians, end customers, vendors, coworkers in other departments and C-level executives
  • Ability to both move fast and create stable improvements - you can efficiently execute formal programs that have lasting impact with little oversight
  • Looking for leaders who feel comfortable with receiving and delivering fast and effective feedback, with candor
  • Able to balance the big picture goals with the everyday needs of servicing our customers
