Sylvera is seeking a devoted individual to bolster our Climate Solutions team; you will fuel value for our clients by bridging the communication between multidisciplinary teams and customers.
Role Summary:

  • Support client relationships and manage communications

Role Requirements:

  • London-based, willing to work 4+ days/week office-based
  • 1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a STEM field
  • Excellent project management, communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter with intellectual curiosity and good understanding of carbon markets
  • Proficiency in English, Mandarin or Japanese are a plus
  • Deep care for the climate and earth's ecosystems

The role: We’re looking for a mission-driven person to join the growing Climate Solutions team and support our carbon data platform customers. Reporting to the Client Delivery Lead, you’ll work cross-functionally with a large team of multidisciplinary analysts and across commercial, product, and tech teams to drive value for our global customer base. Specific responsibilities will include: Client Engagement: Support client relationships by helping tailor our products to their specific use cases and managing day-to-day communications to ensure smooth project execution and clear expectation-setting. Quality Assurance & Governance: Contribute to cross-functional delivery workflows and quality assurance processes, applying governance checks to help protect assessment independence and maintain high standards for all client-facing deliverables. Process Improvement: Help improve assessment frameworks and output quality by surfacing learnings from completed projects and working with the team to translate these into practical process changes. Workflow Coordination: Coordinate supply-side workflows to support assessment throughput, identifying bottlenecks and contributing to efforts to improve efficiency and process consistency. Commercial Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial teams to safeguard account health, ensure smooth handoffs from sales to delivery, and channel customer feedback and trends to refine our value proposition.

Job requirements: Based in London, and open to work 4+ days/week in our office 1–3 years of experience in consulting, finance, or a STEM field, with a customer-facing component Strong project management skills: comfortable balancing multiple relationships and work streams simultaneously, monitoring deadlines, and mitigating risks Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving ability, with a talent for identifying and acting on solutions to complex problems quickly A self-starter mentality: intellectually curious, adaptable, and able to get up to speed in a complex, technical domain Good understanding of carbon offsets or carbon markets, through academic or professional experience Additional language skills in Mandarin or Japanese are advantageous Cares deeply about the climate and ecosystems of the earth
