Role Summary

In this dynamic role, you will handle customer inquiries across various channels including email, phone, and chat. You will tackle intricate, non-standard issues with creativity and ingenuity, using your excellent communication skills and logical thinking to provide unparalleled service.

The role: As a Property Management Associate, you will provide unparalleled service via telephone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring our clients and guests feel valued and supported. You will act as the point of escalation from HostSupport, resolving issues to the utmost satisfaction. Your responsibilities will also include onboarding new properties, simplifying complex information for diverse customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to uncover optimal solutions, resolve queries, and champion resolution claims. Additionally, you will spot and leverage opportunities to enhance customer retention and satisfaction, and use your decision-making prowess to determine refunds and goodwill gestures based on logic, company procedures, and market insights.

Requirements: We are looking for a team player with superb written and verbal communication skills. Previous experience in a customer service environment or account management is preferable. You should have the ability to communicate complex technical problems in customer-friendly language, think outside the box, and find creative ways to solve problems. A working understanding of vacation rentals and confidence in decision-making are essential. You should be well-organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize your workload. Previous experience with G-Suite is also required.
