Role Summary:

  • Provide world-class service across multiple channels.

Role Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service and communication of complex technical problems.
  • Knowledge of vacation rentals, confidence in decision making, and ownership of work.
  • Experience with CRM is beneficial.

About the Role: As a Client Success Executive, you will be responsible for providing world-class service. You will resolve customer inquiries through multiple contact channels such as email, phone, and chat. Your tasks will include onboarding new properties, completing client meetings to set up new hosts for success on our platform, creating and optimising listings on Airbnb, and making market-driven decisions on pricing and listing optimisation. You will also conduct in-depth performance reviews using data analysis tools and use opportunities to increase customer retention and satisfaction. This role requires thinking outside of the box, troubleshooting, excellent communication skills, and logical thinking.

Requirements: Preferable previous experience in a customer service environment and proven ability to communicate complex technical problems are essential. A working understanding of vacation rentals, confidence in decision-making, proactivity, and owning your work are also required. Previous experience working with a CRM is a plus.
