We are an official register for British Sign Language interpreters in the UK. We are looking for a HR advisor to look at our policies and complaints procedures. Should we receive a complaint we would like a volunteer to assist.

What will you be doing?
We are reviewing our policies and procedures for our registered interpreters. We are currently dealing with a complaint against one of our members and we require an independent party to assess the claim and advise the Board of appropriate action. Following this we would also like to review what our current policies and practices to make sure we are following best practice.
What are we looking for?
At least 3 years of HR experience. Legal training/knowledge of employment law/rights would be beneficial but not essential. Experience in deal with regulatory body's would also be beneficial but not a requirement.

We are an official register for British Sign Language interpreters in the UK. We aim to provide quality assurance to the millions of deaf people that rely on our interpreters to ensure they are following our codes of conduct.
