We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our Management Team as a Delivery Manager. This role is crucial for leading and motivating a team of Youth Development Leads to achieve our mission.
The role: As a Delivery Manager, you will collaborate with regional colleagues and external networks to develop and implement an outreach & delivery plan that meets local targets. Your primary responsibility will be to engage young people at the start of their journey, developing strong relationships with local referral partners and networks. You will oversee the service delivery of your team, ensuring each young person progresses with an appropriate learning and support pathway.
Job requirements: The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills, along with effective data analysis capabilities. Previous line management experience is essential.
