Role Summary

  • Drive ambitious plans, inspiring high-performing teams for the Trust.
  • Leadership role overseeing delivery across several areas including Greater London, the South Coast, South West and West Midlands.
  • Shape strategy, manage significant budgets, and build strong partnerships across public, private, and voluntary sectors.
  • Minimum of three days on-site each week and frequent travel across delivery areas will be required.

This is a core leadership role overseeing delivery across Greater London, the South Coast, South West and West Midlands, with colleagues primarily based in Birmingham, London, Southampton, Portsmouth, Bristol and Plymouth. You'll shape strategy, manage significant budgets, and build strong partnerships across public, private, and voluntary sectors.
