What you'll be doing:

Craft compelling grant applications: Secure funding from trusts, foundations, and corporate donors. Identify and research potential funding opportunities: Find the right fit for our programs and needs. Write and submit persuasive proposals: Communicate our impact and vision to potential funders. Build strong relationships: Cultivate partnerships with corporate donors to ensure sustainable support. Report on fundraising efforts: Track progress and measure the impact of your work.

We're looking for someone with:

Strong writing and communication skills A passion for youth mental health and social impact Experience in grant writing or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively Commitment to volunteering and making a difference

What are we looking for?

We're looking for a passionate and results-oriented volunteer with a heart for young people facing SEMH challenges. While formal experience is valuable, we highly value the following qualities: Experience:

While at least three years of fundraising experience is preferred, we're open to individuals with transferable skills from other area. Demonstrated success in securing funding from trusts, foundations, and corporate donors. Experience working with non-profit organisations and understanding the sector's challenges is highly valued.

Creativity:

Can you craft compelling narratives and messaging that resonate with donors and capture the essence of our work? Are you innovative and able to brainstorm new fundraising strategies and campaigns? Do you have a knack for turning data into impactful stories that connect with funders on an emotional level?

Confidence:

Do you thrive in building relationships and confidently presenting our mission and needs to potential donors? Are you comfortable negotiating and advocating for the resources we need to make a difference? Can you work independently and take ownership of your projects while working closly with our CEO?
