What will you be doing?

The Grange is a charity based in Bookham which support adults with learning needs.  We deliver skills sessions, care and we are a housing provider.  Our enterprise venture is generating product sales that will require The Grange to register for VAT in the near future.  We also have building projects coming up which we will carry heavy VAT costs.  Our care services are funded mostly by local authorities and there may be some scope for VAT savings by managing the exempt and standard rated outputs.

What are we looking for?

You will have experience of VAT planning and legislation and the impact of this on charities, and/or be willing to apply the knowledge you already have to the charity sector.

What difference will you make?

You will help The Grange to use its funds more effectively and efficiently allowing us to do more for the people we support with the funds that we have.
