What will you be doing?
You will be taking minutes on a zoom calls, taking place every quarter or as and when the Trustees diaries permit. A recording of the meeting as well as a verbatim transcript will assist with taking minutes should they be required. You will report directly to the Secretary of the Board The minutes will be sent to the Secretary via email to distribute to the Trustees and CEO. The next meeting is to be held on Thursday 04 April 2024 #LI-Remote
What are we looking for?
Excellent listening ability Secretarial experience Previous experience in this role or similar Be able to tune into the conversation, picking out the most important elements, capturing the theme and purpose. These minutes are not to be verbatim
What difference will you make?
Your support will enable the Secretary to focus more on ensuring tasks are actioned and carried out accordingly.
