What will you be doing?

Furthermore, by staying informed about governance regulations and collaborating with legal advisors, the Secretary plays a key part in safeguarding Actively SeeK.I.N.G.'s legal compliance. What are we looking for?
Proven experience as a secretary or in a similar administrative role. Strong organisational and time-management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping. Familiarity with governance regulations and compliance for CICs (preferred).
