Salesforce is being used in a rudimentary way to store data for our main user types but we wish to make it our single source of truth for data and support all areas of the organisation, from program management and operations to marketing and fundraising. We have big ambitions to scale and expand so that we can impact more children and young people and the development of our Salesforce will be pivotal to this.

What difference will you make?

Our Time is the only UK charity dedicated to working with children whose parents have a mental illness. We give them the support they need - in their families and in their schools. We tackle the stigma around mental illness and show these children they are not alone. With our help, they find support and understanding, and build resilience and confidence - so they can reach their full potential. It’s an exciting time to join Our Time as we build on our strong foundations to increase our reach and build new partnerships. We are reviewing our business model and aiming to offer our expertise to a wider range of audiences and across geographical regions. We are currently investing in marketing of our services, including building a new website and reviewing our social media content and platforms.  As the charity scales, we recognise the importance of data and how this can add value. We want to be data-driven and insight-led, making better decisions that allow us to intelligently service our young people, parents, volunteers and funders. By helping improve how our data is stored, managed and used, you will be supporting everything we do and essentially the young people that we support.
