This role involves significant administrative and coordination responsibilities across various teams.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in providing high-level support in a fast-paced environment, possess strong organizational and planning skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role requires building relationships across different teams and hierarchies. A willingness to learn and adapt to new work and acquire new skills is also crucial.
Teach First offers a competitive salary package of £25,330 annually, with an additional £3,000 London Weighting Allowance for employees based in London.
