We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager - Partnership Development to join our team in Glasgow.
The role: As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing service delivery partnerships across metropolitan and high-need areas. Your main tasks will include leading the development of place-based partnerships, building and managing relationships with employers, training providers, and sector networks, and securing high-quality employability opportunities for young people. You will also develop and deliver a targeted partnership plan with clear outcomes and capture partnership data to support impact, finance, and contract reporting.
Job requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have experience in developing partnerships that support young people or communities, be confident in working with employers and external stakeholders, and enjoy balancing strategic relationship-building with hands-on delivery. A commercial mindset to maximize impact and value for money is essential.
