Volunteer Marketing expert to help attract clients to free counselling service

What will you be doing?

We'd like you to improve our website (Wix) which would hopefully help us attract more clients (main goal). You'd have total creative freedom to make whatever changes you feel are necessary. This is a fairly independent and autonomous role, but in times of collaboration you'd mainly be working with our core team (Founder, Head of Operations, HR, Head of Clinical Psychology Department). There is considerable flexibility in how you could help - we're open to any suggestions and would trust your creative decisions/opinions regarding where else you could help out and how.

What are we looking for?

Previous experience in web design. Evidence of improving ad and landing page conversion rates.

What difference will you make?

At the moment, we unfortunately have unused capacity. Every client you attract is an additional person who receives free treatment. Increasing our conversion rate or clickthrough rate by  just 1% would result ~100 additional people receiving free treatment. So, your assistance and knowledge will enable us to provide these services to many more individuals in need.
