Volunteer Website maintenance

What will you be doing?

We are looking for somebody to maintain, update and further development our charity website, both the front facing public area but also the members only site. The site has not been updated for over a year and has a few ‘niggles’ to iron out together with bringing it up to date.    The members area has databases running in the background and needs further development and training for people in certain roles who need to access reports, add new volunteers etc.  This role can be undertaken remotely.

What are we looking for?

The desired person will have the necessary skills, expertise and experience in website building and coding including databases. They will also have a keen eye for detail with an artistic flare and a good written and verbal use of the English language is a must. good communication skills is a must.

What difference will you make?

Your input will refresh our image, help to get our name out there and aid the management team in their roles, streamlining processes to make a real difference to our valuable volunteers, both at management/admin level and the hard working volunteers undertaking our services. This role welcomes ideas from the individual.
