What will you be doing?

With your knowledge of the education sector, you could add a valuable perspective on our vision and mission, challenging us to think differently in your role as a ‘critical friend’. It’s a great opportunity to add to your CV and use your expertise and experience to make a positive difference to primary school children.  We anticipate a time commitment of approximately five hours a month; have a look at the role description for more information.  We would particularly encourage interest from candidates from global majority backgrounds, women, and people with disabilities who are underrepresented on our board.

What are we looking for?

Knowledge of and experience in the UK education sector, ideally at primary level.

What difference will you make?

Drawing on your knowledge of the education sector, you will help equip the charity for the coming challenges as the National Tutoring Programme comes to an end, helping to secure support for the hundreds of Oxfordshire's primary children who need ongoing additional help in maths and literacy.
