About Change Please
Change Please is a dynamic social enterprise with a mission to end homelessness in four countries by reinvesting their profits from selling award-winning coffee. Originated from a coffee cart in Covent Garden in 2015, it has grown into an organization that goes beyond just doing business. The Role
- As the Driving for Change Operations Manager, your role will be hands-on, overseeing the day-to-day logistics, systems, and infrastructure of the Driving for Change and Smile for Change bus initiatives.
- You will be responsible for ensuring the buses are operationally sound, compliant, well-maintained, properly staffed, and coordinated effectively to deliver outreach services.
- Your responsibilities will include operational excellence, fleet management, compliance, rota coordination, contractor oversight, and logistical planning.
Job Requirements
- The promising candidate needs to have proven experience in an operations manager role with robust organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience managing multi-site or mobile operations is crucial.
- Proven track record of overseeing compliance and safety documentation.
- Candidates should be confident communicators, able to work autonomously, and maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel skills are essential.

About Change Please: Change Please is a social enterprise that began with a small coffee cart in Covent Garden in 2015 and has grown into an international business. Our mission is to end homelessness in four countries by using all profits from our award-winning coffee, which is sold by our wholesale team to large global organizations and by our retail teams at multiple sites. Our fundraising efforts support individuals experiencing homelessness by providing barista training, living wage employment, access to counseling, therapy, financial wellbeing and guidance, housing support, and onward employment opportunities with our partners.
