Role Summary

The role: As a Fundraising Operations Officer, you will provide essential operational and administrative support to enhance the effectiveness of CALM's fundraising activities. Your responsibilities will include maintaining CRM accuracy, managing financial processes, fulfilling merchandise orders, coordinating events, and ensuring exceptional supporter care.

Job requirements: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, high computer literacy, and strong interpersonal skills. Experience in fundraising and data analysis is desirable, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.

You will be based in London Waterloo twice a week, with remote working options available the rest of the time.
