  • Work closely with stakeholders across the Foundation to understand business processes.
  • Identify, align, and deliver relevant technology solutions.
  • Ensure live systems remain secure, performant, and resilient.
  • Develop and maintain delivery plans and roadmaps.

In terms of requirements, candidates must:

  • Be proficient with Microsoft 365 suite (including the Power Platform and Business Central), Umbraco CMS, Project Management software, Master Data Management and Artificial Intelligence.
  • Have a proven track record in programme and project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Possess strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into practical options.
  • Have excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills.

The role - what the role entails: As an IT Business Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in partnering with stakeholders across the Foundation to gain a deep understanding of business processes, and to identify, align, and deliver appropriate technology solutions. You’ll focus on ensuring live systems remain secure, performant, and resilient, providing practical support for both internal and external stakeholders. You’ll also be responsible for developing and maintaining delivery plans and roadmaps, securing buy-in and investment through clear business cases.

Job requirements - any requirements mentioned: Essential skills and experience include proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (including the Power Platform and Business Central), Umbraco CMS, Project Management software, Master Data Management and Artificial Intelligence. A proven track record in programme and project delivery using both waterfall and agile methodologies is required. Demonstrated experience of working in an IT / Technology role which required business partnering is also essential. Strong analytical problem-solving with the ability to translate business needs into practical options, and excellent relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
