About the Role: As a Program Manager for LEEP, you will be responsible for overseeing various programs throughout Latin America. This role involves strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of projects to ensure they meet our goals and standards. Responsibilities: Your main tasks will include project management, stakeholder engagement, resource allocation, and performance monitoring. You will also be expected to provide regular reports on program progress and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a candidate with proven experience in program management, preferably in an international or cross-cultural setting. Strong leadership skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously are essential. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable.
